Terms of sale

Seller

These terms apply to sales concluded on yogide.com between the seller and a consumer. French law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.

What is sold

  • PDF books: digital content supplied without a physical medium, described on each book's page (contents, number of pages, preview). The books inform; they are neither medical advice nor a substitute for a qualified teacher.
  • Packs and the Library: their content is shown on their page. The Library includes every Yogide book published in its language, and the new ones as they come out.

Prices and payment

Prices in US dollars on the English site and in euros on the French site, all taxes included (VAT included). The price that applies is the one shown when you order. One-time payment on Stripe's secure page; no subscription. An invoice is issued for every order.

One-click purchase. On a first payment, your card is kept by Stripe (not by the seller), as stated on the payment page, to allow one-click purchases on yogide.com. The "Buy in 1 click" button shows the price and the card used; clicking it places an order with an obligation to pay. You can ask for the stored card to be deleted at any time: administration@lacangel.fr.

Gift. The payment page offers an optional field for the first name of a person receiving the book as a gift; it is printed on the cover.

Payments are processed by Stripe. On your bank statement the payment appears as OG* YOGIDE; the Stripe page and receipt may show the account name baleines-invisibles.fr.

Delivery

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the confirmation page shows one download button per PDF, and the same links are emailed to you. These links stay valid. Lost them? Find my order.

Right to cancel

Under EU and French law (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code), the right to cancel does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once its supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel. A notice under the purchase button and on the payment page tells you that by paying you ask for immediate access and lose this right once the download starts. It is repeated in the confirmation email.

The books benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content: if a file does not open, is incomplete or differs from its description, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Use of the books

Personal use of the buyer; the buyer's email address is printed on the cover. Resale, public sharing or uploading are not allowed.
