Privacy and cookies

Reading Yogide needs no account. The tools run in your browser: what you enter is never sent to us. We never sell or rent any data.

Stored in your browser (never sent)

Your light or dark choice and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage. You can clear them by deleting the site's data.

Orders

  • Payment by Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland). We never see your card number. Data: name, email, country.
  • Delivery email sent by Resend (email provider); your email address is printed on the cover of your PDFs.
  • Legal basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations (invoices kept 10 years).

One-click purchase. After a first purchase, a technical cookie `fx1c` (HttpOnly, secure) holds only your signed Stripe customer ID for 13 months, to offer one-click purchase with the card Stripe keeps. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) and cookies

Only if you agree, we measure site traffic and sales with Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; measurement ID G-RDMR8Q9GB6). Purpose: knowing which pages are read and which purchase buttons are used, to improve the site and its offers. Data measured: pages viewed, clicks on purchase buttons, confirmed purchases (hashed order number, product, amount), device type, approximate country. GA4 does not store IP addresses. No data is used for advertising.

Nothing is stored or sent to Google before you choose: Google's script loads only after you click “Accept” (consent mode v2, everything denied by default). “Decline” is as easy as “Accept”. Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser's local storage; Google's measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last at most 13 months. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Withdraw or change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Travel requests

When you use the form "Want to go and practise yoga there?", we keep your request (destination, period, level, what you are looking for, message), your email and your first name if you give it, so that Clément can answer you personally. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box. The data is stored in our own database on our server in the European Union, is never sold, and is kept for up to 3 years after your last request. Withdraw your consent or ask for deletion at any time: administration@lacangel.fr.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Google Cloud EMEA Limited on a server in the European Union. Technical server logs (IP address, page requested) are kept a few weeks for security.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or ask for portability by writing to administration@lacangel.fr. You can also complain to the French data protection authority (cnil.fr) or to the authority of your country.
