Level 2 — Deepen Your Practice: 12 Weeks
Longer holds, sun salutations A and B, prepared inversions, the bandhas, nāḍī śodhana in 1:2, twenty minutes of meditation and twelve sūtras to live
The next step after your first months of yoga: twelve weeks of sessions written out minute by minute, from 35 to 60 minutes, that take you deeper rather than harder. Longer holds guided by ujjāyī, sun salutations A and B, the first inversions and arm balances prepared with every precaution, the bandhas as movements, nāḍī śodhana in 1:2, twenty minutes of sitting, twelve sūtras of Patañjali in Sanskrit with our translation, and a self-assessment to know where you stand.
