Kundalini: What the Tantras Teach and What Is Practised Today
The coiled power in the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā, the Ṣaṭ-cakra-nirūpaṇa and the yoga Upaniṣads, the documented history of modern Kundalini Yoga, and a safe practice of forty minutes
Read what the Sanskrit texts really say about Kuṇḍalinī, verse by verse in Devanagari and IAST with our own translations: the key that opens the door of liberation, the knots, the central channel, Śiva and Śakti. Then meet modern Kundalini Yoga in its true history, from Los Angeles in 1969 to the independent investigation of 2020, learn what you can practise alone and what the texts reserve for a teacher, read what research says about kundalini experiences, and follow a gentle forty-minute practice with a forty-day log.
