From Chair to Mat — 8 Weeks
Gently from seated practice to standing with support, then to the mat, with safe ways down to the floor and back up
The next step after chair yoga: eight weeks that take you, with the chair always beside you, from strong legs seated to balance standing with support, then to gentle postures on the mat. You learn, slowly and safely, two ways down to the floor and back up, a skill for life; every exercise that carries a risk has its precautions, most a gentler version, and every claim about benefits is checked on PubMed.
